Partnership goes way beyond “customer service,” and my biggest buzz comes from being part of a team whose passion is being a true partner to its clients.
Ask anybody who has worked with Beth, and they’ll tell you her specialty is going above and beyond to support the people around her. Her steady presence and problem-solving mentality are coupled with a touch of humor and a laser focus on exceeding expectations.
During a 30-year career spanning nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies, Beth’s skills in communications and organization have led to diverse roles, from designing and implementing a brand-new corporate employee volunteer program to crafting communications for a nonprofit graduate school to masterminding an online employee learning system serving 15,000 associates. She was first introduced to BrightDot as a client, which gave her a deep appreciation of its relational, collaborative approach to meeting the specific goals of each client-partner.
When not wearing her BrightDot hat, you’ll find her dreaming about her next ocean cruise with her husband, teasing her Labrador retriever with his favorite toy or collaborating in leadership roles at her church. One of her life goals is to get good enough at golf that she can hit with another club besides her nine iron.
