The breadth of Mike’s experience comes from working with a mix of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including serving as minister within church and healthcare settings. Leading our Talent Development division, Mike finds joy in clients who are “highly connected to compelling visions.” It is his ambition to help make the world a better place through meaningful client connections and helping build capacity for those we serve.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys hitting the links, backpacking, and reading a good book.
